I had a $25 Amazon gift card and purchased this book from a third party seller for $30. With the gift card I paid $9 for it. The book came from across the country standard shipping. It was supposed to arrive in three weeks. The book arrived one week early, in excellent condition - new, and all pages are intact and facing the right direction. I say this because I read some reviews where their were pages missing, and/or pages upside down. The book was purchased for the mental health field. No complaints about DSM V contents as it is what it is. Agencies now require DSM V diagnosing, so no need for complaints about the differences from DSM IV or its contents.

I ordered this book, and the book I received had about 40 pages that were upside down. This was disappointing. I would not recommend.

Gets the job done

I needed this book for my diagnostic class. Overall I am very happy with this edition, as it is what I needed; however, the copy I received has a few typos. On one disorder all the L's of the headings are changed to i's. Its not a large issue, but it does catch me off guard when I see it. I had to double check against a peer's book to see. Otherwise I have seen no issues, missing parts, or wrong areas.
